Just-in-time health intervention for prevention of prolonged sedentary behavior

Even people perform a sufficient amount of physical activities, uninterrupted sedentary behavior would cause increased waist circumference. This work explores how to provide Just-in-Time support for prevention of prolonged sedentary behavior, including (1) when to deliver JIT support, and (2) how to tailor contents of the support.

Exploring user experiences for active workstations

As prolonged sedentary behavior causes early mortality, there has been increasing interest in active workstations, which allow workers to simultaneously perform both office tasks and physical activities; but, it is unknown how office workers actually use in real world. Developing multi-player exertion games for group fitness swimming
